What days do you deliver?

We deliver Monday to Saturday.

For same-day delivery, please order:

  • Before 9:30am on Monday & Saturday

  • Before 11:00am from Tuesday to Friday

Orders placed after these times, or on Sundays and Public Holidays, will be delivered the next business day.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver across South Perth, Perth CBD, and most surrounding suburbs using a trusted flower courier service (deliveries typically arrive between 10am–6pm).

  • Access notes for gated homes, units or apartments (where to leave if not home)

  • Important Information for Alcohol Deliveries
    To comply with WA state laws, alcohol must make up no more than 40% of your total order (excluding delivery fees). An adult aged 18 or over must be available to receive the delivery, as we are unable to leave alcohol unattended.

    Delivery Fees
    Our delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery postcode. Please ensure you select the correct postcode during checkout. If the delivery fee is missing or incorrect, we’ll need to contact you before your order is dispatched, and the correct fee will need to be paid—this covers the charge from our delivery service.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

Yes — we offer timed delivery on request.

This service isn’t part of our standard delivery pricing and will incur an additional fee.

Will my bouquet look exactly like the photo?

We always aim to match our images, but flowers are seasonal and availability can vary. If a specific bloom is unavailable or not up to standard, we’ll substitute with flowers of similar style, colour, and value.

The same applies to ceramic or glass containers — we may replace them with a similar product if needed.

💡 Please note: natural variations in colour and shape are part of what makes fresh flowers so beautiful and unique!

Can you create a custom design?

Absolutely!

You’re welcome to:

  • Visit us in-store

  • Call us for a chat

  • Send us a photo or idea

We'll do our best to recreate or be inspired by your vision. Every creation is handmade, and while we aim to match your idea closely, slight variations are natural.

What happens if no one is home at delivery?

Here’s what we’ll do:

  1. Call the recipient or sender

  2. If unanswered, send a text with delivery info

  3. Leave in a safe, shady spot if suitable

  4. If unsafe (e.g. hot weather, gated property, alcohol included), we’ll return it to our store

📦 Redelivery is available for an extra fee.

What if I have an issue with my order?

If anything isn’t right, please contact us as soon as possible.

We care deeply about the quality of our work and will always try to resolve concerns fairly and professionally.

Is it safe to deliver flowers on a hot day?

If the temperature is 35°C or higher, we will not leave flowers or chocolates outside.

Please check if the recipient will be home. Otherwise, we’ll return the order to our shop for pickup or arrange a redelivery (extra charges apply).

Are there any safety or care tips for your products?

Yes! Please read the following:

  • Handle flowers and arrangements with care

  • Some items use wire (e.g. buttonholes, gerberas) or pins — handle gently

  • Keep flowers cool but not in the fridge (cold air can damage them)

  • Preserved flowers and corsages may have sharp edges — handle at base or ribbon

  • Corsages should face upward on the wrist and not be altered

  • Buttonholes: let us know if it's for a hire suit — we can offer alternatives

  • Do not eat fresh flowers or dried rose petals — they’re for eyes, not mouths!

  • Do not eat flower food which is sent out with bouquets, this is for the flowers only.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

As our products are handcrafted and perishable, refunds are not available for change-of-mind or non-event-related reasons.

  • Cancellation Policy
    A minimum $20 cancellation fee applies to orders cancelled the day before pickup or delivery. Alternatively, we’re happy to hold the funds as a credit for use on another date.

  • 50% fee applies for cancellations on the same day

Note: Different policy applies for corsages/buttonholes (see below).

Can fresh corsages and buttonholes be picked up or delivered the day before the ball?

No — we recommend same-day pickup or delivery only.
Because they’re wired and not stored in water, they are best worn on the day.

🌡️ On hot days, bring a cooler if travelling long distances.

Can I get a refund on a corsage or buttonhole order?

Refunds are only available if cancelled two full days before your pickup or delivery date.

If your school ball or event is postponed, we’ll hold your payment and honour the order on the new date.

We do not refund for change-of-mind cancellations or non-event-related reasons, as these products are made to order with limited shelf life.
